Publisher's summary

This is one of my greatest works of my college career, had has received praise as a final paper. I consider human resource management to be a very important part of general business operation. With supporting evidence and scholarly references, I back up my findings as to what are the most important things to know when studying or even practicing human resources management. Once I explain the core of HR management, I then go into depth on how the supporting key components are also necessary for the core to remain stable. This is a great article, and a spent a lot of time in trying to understand what the most important concepts of HR management are and leave out all the rest of the malarkey unnecessary to consider in understanding the basic concepts of the particular type of management. I have a Bachelor's Degree of Business Management from Tiffin University, and an Associate's Degree of Business Management Technology from Owens.

A quick way to get a grasp on HRM

Clinger writes a lot about various topics. Topics that range from physical fitness to investments, but one thing he does do consistently is that he writes what he knows. I don't believe that he has ever approached a topic he wasn't very familiar with, or hadn't researched heavily before commiting words to paper. Here he discusses Human Resouce managment, and does so in a way that is easy to follow, understand, and prepare you to use this knowledge in a field of your choice. He pretty much details everything you might want to know in a clear and concise nature, in regards to HRM. His style is such that you can digest everything in one sitting and begin applying it to your work.

Remington, who has worked with Clinger on several collaborations narrates this text beautifully. He is a breeze to listen to, and you will have no difficulty following him through his discourse. Even though I did receive a promo code for this review it in no way influenced my considerations of the material, and in fact, inspired me to be more honest. In fact, getting a code generally makes me harsher as a reviewer as I am more often concerned what someone like Me will decide based on my review.

total waste of time and money.

multiple reading errors that the narrator didn't even bother to correct. Incredibly awkward sentence construction that makes entire passages incomprehensible. almost no substance comma and one Bland general statement after another without any useful content. I could not possibly rate an audible product any lower.

Dry

It contains information that's fairly standard knowledge surrounding compensation, HR management, and EEO. Very dry.
