Never criticize
I don’t know if they revise the stories or if the stories are still from the 1930s but I’m sure many of them are and it is amazing how true they still ring today. It made me think that I’m doing many things correctly but also challenged me to stop criticizing as it is not effective, and I always want to be as effective as possible, both personally and professionally.

Unbelievable realizations!
I am struggling to become a leader. Although I may possess the skills to perform my duties and the wits to become a leader, I lack the ability to inspire fellowship and appeal to others. This book was suggested to me by one of my leaders during my last yearly review.
I just finished this audible, most of what I heard were things that I knew but never reflected on them. The peacefulness of my commute allowed me to not only listen uninterrupted, but also reflect and come to many realizations that for sure will make a positive impact on the way I communicate with my peers going forward.
It truly humbled me.
