Worth listening more than once
it is a very informative and useful book. most of these principals can be applied in all aspects of life.. career, bringing up kids, friends, spouse etc.. I started been more conscious about what I say and how I say it after listening to this book.. however, this book needs to be read/heard more than once..a lot of information. the reader read at a comfortable pace and in a deep rich voice that makes listening a nice experience

A classic that still holds up
This was a valuable and worthy read. The narrators tone and cadence have an old-timey feel that goes great with the text. While the examples and references might be dated, the message is as pertinent today as it was when it was written (perhaps even more so). If self-improvement is a lifelong goal then I highly recommend this book.
