Amazing book! More than what the title suggests.
Amazing book, life changing. To me, this book is so much more than what the title would suggest. But let's keep in mind that it was originally published in 1936. This book has been life changing for me, definitely a great Audio Book Listen. My vision isn't great so I struggle with reading books but this was a great book for me. The way it was narrated, it's content. Everything. A true MUST read.

Nothing short of greatness
The content of this book awakes the consciousness of dealing with people. Most of the time I react to situations and the results are not the best. The countless examples in this book point to the fact that if I'm intentional, gentle and assume good intentions I'll achieve better results dealing with people. I highly recommend this book!

Excellent book!
I loved everything about this book- the principles presented, the way the author writes and the examples used to demonstrate his points. Although I have read and listened to several of these types of books, this is by far one of my favorites. Will definitely listen to it again.

It could be called "How to spread joy."
Whenever I hear someone complaining about always getting bad service somewhere, I tell them my secret. I learn the names of the employees. I smile and say hi to them by name, and thank them using their name when I leave. Pretty soon, I'm their favorite customer, and I always get great service. It then spreads. They enjoy giving me personal service and start doing it with other customers also.
Dale teaches tips like these with real life examples. They are quaint and outdated but demonstrate his techniques well.
