    "um, yeah...no."

    unless english is your second language AND you have never worked a day of your life around food AND you say things like "outside the box" numerous times a day, this book is not for you. at least it was not for me.

    If you've ever been in a restaurant, you know everything this book tells you. At one point it tells you need a busser to clean and reset tables.
