"I can honestly say to you that I am astonished constantly at what I am able to do using Harry Lorayne's technique." (Dick Cavett)
"I was so impressed by Harry Lorayne's memory techniques that I had him teach our salesmen. It was worth every penny we spent. The lessons have been invaluable to us, and I recommend Harry Lorayne's systems without qualification...." (Alan Greenberg, CEO, Bear Stearns & Co.)
"The Yoda of memory training." (Time)
I am a long time fan of Harry Lorayne's memory method, but you won't learn it from this audio. It works for remembering items but you need the hard copy book to learn the tricks to remember numbers.
Also this is over priced for a 45 min. audio.
Overall I gave it a 3 because you don't get his entire course in 48 minutes. His performance is exciting and so is the story line. Clearly if one wants to improve his/her memory you must practice the techniques. You get a few in this audio, but for a full understanding of his techniques you really need his book where he covers all of them in detail. I found this audio to be a good companion to his book. Worth the buy for me anyway.
Great book really works but is very short. luckily it's all there but some nu number info that's online already if you look up the author.
The techniques mentioned to improve one's memory is rather interesting. Maybe children would have more fun learning how to improve their memory.
This brief book will teach you how and what to apply in order to improve your memory, its very effective and you can start to apply the method right away, no long studying hours, or anything like that.
This is a fast, easy solution to our memory problems.
My 7-year-old son and I have listen to How to Improve Your Memory several times and we are having fun using these techniques to improve our memory.
Not at all what I expected...may work for some but I wish I could get my money back. You waste more time trying to remember the system...I could have remembered everything else wihtout confusing it with some phonic numbering system.
