    "NEEDS TO BE READ"
    What could have made this a 4 or 5-star listening experience for you?

    The author needs to refer to a website where the listener can see the diagrams etc. referred to in the audio book. The author refers to diagrams the reader can't see. It's very frustrating.

    What disappointed you about How the Way We Talk Can Change the Way We Work: Seven Languages for Transformation?

    The narrative referred to diagrams and tables which rendered what they were saying hard to understand when you are only listening to it. Plus, the narrative was a bit dull, when compared to say a Byron Katie audio book.


    Would you be willing to try another book from Leonard L. Martin and Robert Kegan ? Why or why not?

    Yes, the material was interesting.


    Would you be willing to try another one of Mo Egen’s performances?

    I wouldn't search her out.


    You didn’t love this book--but did it have any redeeming qualities?

    Yes, the content is a useful and very practical way of getting people to think about their mind sets. I think it would suit a business environment they may be put off by some of the psychology in this area.
