This is the best leadership book I have read by a civilian. No BS. A lot of leadership books have 5 hours of useful content and 4 hours of fluff. This book doesn't. I felt like the entire book was top notch content.

Chris does a great job of boiling down behavioral issues that you will see all around you - even in the mirror - that are killing you and your organization. The question is whether you are going to do anything about them?
