As a student of the seven habits and a GTD / holacracy certified coach I resonate strongly with the ideas presented in this book. The theory is well presented and thought out in a practical way that really stimulates you to take specific next actions.
The performance is a little wooden distracting from the content but well worth preserving for. It would be useful for a website for a downloadable content of the examples of the questionnaires discussed in the audio
