Learned soooo much from this title and I can't wait to begin to put this into practice to see if it really works. Great book on "working together" and it should be fun coming up with creative ways to show my workers about the importance of their work, autonomy and cheering others on!

I have listened to this book three times in 6 months. I just wish I could express my enthusiasm I have for this book. I am looking for framed print that captures this book. Once you listen to it you will understand the squirrel, beaver and goose.
The ending is really sad but that might be the best part of it. I wish everyone would read this book.
Simply put but so true. Many nuggets that if applied will make a change in any organization. I will listen again and take notes next time.
For entry level leaders, this should be mandatory. Seasoned veterans may find it redundant to other things they've read or experienced
