I compared this workshop to another and it seems that the one listed here gets cut off shortly after Mr. Rohn tells you to begin the exercise. I compared this to another version found on Youtube and am convinced that it the one listed here on audible is not finished.
Not bad but you are basically listening to him fill air time while waiting for the audience to write their 50 goals down. I fills it by blathering on about nothing.
There seemed to be a whole lot of waffling to begin with. The goal section was so short that it was very disappointing. It was only about goal setting and I felt that it needed to go a little further.
I love Rohn but what this recording lacked was actionable steps. Good theories and amazing insights but not enough actionable steps.
He spends so much time babbling or waiting for his audience in the lecture to finish writing things down. All the time just rambling about nothing. I got so bored I almost fell asleep.
I have listened to this twice and plan to again. A lot of ideas, very informative and inspiring, brings goal setting down to where the rubber meets the road. Kudos to Jim Rohn and his legacy of helping others to become more and achieve higher potential.
In the long run what you become is more important than monetary gain. The process is the real treasure. It all starts with understanding and knowing what you want. Without that first step the process of becoming successful cannot happen.
"Brilliant as usual"
One of the best life coaches to ever walk the face of this earth. Wisdom that every living human should be taught and strive to learn.
This is a great goal setting exercise; however it cuts off half way through. The whole exercise is explained in 'The Art of Exceptional Living' also by Jim Rohn, I can not recommend this book enough!
