Would you try another book from Eric Worre and/or Eric Worre?
I did not research this book and foolishly thought it actually was about science of marketing but it is another "get rich in real estate" book.

I didn’t realize this is what social selling was and other than the music being old school and cheesy, the content and info in here is really great. The fact that you can continue to grow and change in this profession is my favorite.
