It is good to listen in one sitting and then go back and work with the audio book interactively by stopping and completing the exercises, or answering questions throughout.

Always love Brian Tracy books and programs. this I e is more concise than his "The Psychology of Achievement" series but delivers the same data with some updated references and a brisk pace to get you started on being better... at anything.

I am extremely satisfied with this audio book purchase. Brian Tracy is motivational and inspiring. I find that relistening to this book periodically is productive.

I have gleaned many useful concepts from this book, which I have been using to establish and refine my personal longer term goals that I refer to on a regular basis. This book presents a useful framework for actionable goal setting.

Mr. Tracy presents his philosophy for dealing with setbacks. Your personal success starts with a quality flight plan. You've got to know where you're going and how you will get there. Like a plane in flight, we will be off target a lot of the time en route to our destinations or goals. It is unavoidable and a normal experience to move one step forward and two steps back at times. Many obstacles may lie in our path to realizing our objectives, not the least of which is people. People will disappoint, sometimes betray or otherwise get in our way. Get over it. Focus. Contingency plan. Be prepared for everything. If you start a business or venture into some new area, things will cost more and take longer than you expect. Expect that. Persist, persist. Easier said than done. I really do love this audio book.

And, yes, you can at one very brief point hear a dog. It's barely perceptible, this does not detract from the narration at all. The overall audio quality is professional and comparable to other audio books I have listened to.

I have not read any of Mr. Tracy's other work.

Straight to the point and great audiobook!

Great audiobook detailing what a person must become and what must be done in the course of reaching success and ones full potential. Short book, but concise in its message. Overall, a well written book that I found very helpful, fortifying my personal effort to become a better version of me.
