Very interesting concept. It wouldn't work for every employee but sounds like it would be great for the self-motivated achievers. Those who have a good to strong work ethic. I would recommend that entrepreneurs listen to this, especially if they want to grow their company beyond 5 or 10. I wonder what the avg age of the colleague at Morningstar is. Would this work for the millennial generation?
