Great books, walks you through the whole process

the Author was very informative, really walked you through the whole process of finding and buying a house. also a great deal about what to look floor in a flipping opportunity, two readers which was nice break.

I was thoroughly impressed by the length and details discussed in FLIP. I would definitely need to go back and see if the spreadsheets are available online and research them more, since this book is so full of information.
