Beware ... you'll want to buy his other books
I almost feel bad that I downloaded this book for free. There's so many nuggets of good advice. I like how humble he is too. Just a warm, wise, and worthwhile listen. Beware, you'll want to buy another one of his books.

Not just for leaders of companies because we are all leaders acc. to his son.
Relatable daily events to learn 5 leadership philosophies. Enjoyed his humble beginnings and how he explained how children should be looked at how they are fearless. Sometimes too many stories but he weaves into the five maxims! Will be checking out his other works. Enjoyable learning opportunity I have listened to 3-4 times now!
