Fantastic! A must have!
Inspiring, relevant, easy to listen to and full of useful ideas - love, love love this. Enough meat in it to make it worth while without being long winded. I'm a fan and off to download his podcasts. so glad I downloaded this. Powerful stuff.

Good, but nothing new!
Is there anything you would change about this book?
The book is more a list of experiences the author had. Not much new about leadership.

Good Framework & self-care
It was a good listen and there are nuggets of learnings through the 60 minutes. I believe you fully get the most out of this I'll requires listening multiple times. The reader (author) is to excitable and lacks the pauses for effect. On multiple occasions, it seemed name dropping was more important than the message which turned me off. It doesn't add value to drop the who's who I'm CEOs or large companies rather I'd prefer saying I've had a friend, or workshop attendee, etc a the source than name dropping. This is the reason I went 4 stars and not 5.

A bit short and not really about leadership

Where exactly were the examples of Extraordinary Leadership? This book is mostly fluff about "try harder". Although it's presented in a more pleasant fashion than some other business writers like, cough, Grant Cardone, cough. At one point he goes on about making small improvements every day, and how much that ends up being after a month and a year. Yes, we all get that. The concept isn't difficult, the execution side is where most people have trouble. I feel this book was a little short on tips that could actually help you lead.
