It required a much better presentation
I kept thinking I was listening to an automated voice it was so poor, and stilted
The narration was so bad, I just got past the intro/preface section, I was hopping that the narrator in the intro section was not the same as the rest of the book but it was and I just could not focus on the content
From the Amazon comments it appears that the written book is good, which was why I bought the audio. Very disappointed - just want my money back.
The book itself is good, and in my learning process with respect to executive coaching I found the content valuable. Just be warned - There are a fair number of diagrams as she explains systems however and it's more effective to look at these on a page that it is listen to someone describe them.
One should listen for a bit to the narrators voice before purchasing. It is very distinct (deep/gravelly) and not for everyone; if this bothers you, you may be better off purchasing and reading the book.
