In this book, Joe strives to provide new information and advice that is actionable. While still strategic in nature, Joe provides tactical information that you can use to become a better marketer.

Great lesson but few yesrs behind

The ideas discussed in this book are great but so is my mother's sapghetti sauce. What I mean by that is that this book will be appreciated by those who can appreciate it. It's not for all the marketing executives. This book is for those specifically with strength in communications and interested in developing that into a whole new level of marketing discipline. Learn different types of content too.

My only regret is that I didn't read this book 5 years ago.

amazing! Priceless information

A comprehensive guide to content marketing

Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?

I'd recommend this book to anyone who was looking a comprehensive guide to content marketing. What's great about the book is that even seasoned marketers will find lots of useful information. Joe doesn't avoid the hard pieces - he points to the difficult tasks but gives great advice on how to manage them.

It's concrete and the number of cases is well balanced with theory.

When listening to it be sure to mark the places that contain the most insightful information and come back to them with a pen and paper ready to take notes.

So Much Great Info I Listened to Most of it Twice

Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?

This is a great read for professionals who are fairly knowledgeable about blogs, social media, and content marketing, but need help using them most effectively in their companies and organizations. The book is logically organized and breaks this very broad subject into manageable pieces, making it simple to follow and find ways to apply them in my own organization--a membership association--not a for-profit company. Though I listened while driving, I could find what I wanted in the supplemental materials on his website. Book is full of great nuggets of information. Author Joe Pulizzi is an excellent narrator and definitely easy on the ears.

Solid coverage of content marketing

Where does Epic Content Marketing rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?

There are not a lot of audiobooks available on the topic of content marketing. This is an excellent audiobook, made better by the fact that the author Joe Pulizzi narrates and makes the experience personal to audio listeners.

What was one of the most memorable moments of Epic Content Marketing?

Case studies, such as Red Bull that allow you to go see for yourself the principles being discussed.
