A step-by-step guide to enjoying the roller-coaster ride of growth - while getting the most out of life as an entrepreneur. A growth-focused approach: The book is divided into three sections, which cover planning for fast growth, building a company for fast growth, and leading for fast growth. Each topic the author covers - from creating a vision for the company's future to learning how to generate free PR for a developing company - is squarely focused on the end goal: doubling the size of the entrepreneur's company in three years or less. A down-to-earth action plan: Herold's experienced-based advice never gets bogged down in generalities or theory. Instead he offers a wealth of practical tips, including: How to design meetings for maximum efficiency; how to hire top-quality talent; how to grow in particularly tough markets; how to put together a board of advisors - even for a smaller company; and how even the busy entrepreneur can achieve a work/life balance.

The fact the author gave real life situations AND solutions. I have read a lot of books that give a generic or such a general response that they don't really help those in need. This book was great all the way through and gave details on how to resolve certain issues and some useful tools, of which, I now use one called Teamly on a daily basis and it has elevated my game at work.
Rockefeller Habits or any of the Lencioni books because they all provide the story and the action items.
Yes it was.
I have read several of Cameron his books so far. Also had the privilege meeting him in person in December 2016! He's an amazing character and you will get to know him through his books. The insights in this book prepares me to be a better leader and business owner. Both on a moral, professional and spiritual level. I think lots of (business) leaders use the power of visualization and are mission driven but Cameron is one of a few that emphasizes the importance of it.
Definitely a must listen/read!
Such a good book! So much information, I'm going to read it again! A must for business owners!
Cameron presents a great balance of goal setting and practical rubber-meets-the-road tactics to the table in this book. If you're ready to get your business rockin' don't hesitate to listen to this must-read.
Very actionable advice, Cameron doesn't spend much time pontificating about theories and principles they way some authors do. He tells you what he has seen work.
There are lots of lists and other helpful tools to grow your company.
I found the section on hiring to be very helpful as he goes deep into how to build the best team possible.
This book is the equivalent to the holy grail. Whether you're at the employee level or the employer level, this book will provide you with great insight to growing and scaling the business. Not only this, but Cameron does a great job at pointing out the importance of work/life balance while providing tips and tricks to mastering this balance. This book is structured in a way that one can actually structure their own business/manage based off of the material in the book.
This books is excellent and full of valuable information! While listening to this book I recommend you prepar to take some notes that you can review later.
The only downside about this book is that it covers many different aspects of the business and personal life and at times I just wasn't ready to hear some of the information. I felt disconnected.
Other than that, I hope to remember to listen to this book again in about one year. :)
Really got a lot of nuggets from the book. Great job Cam. Way to go.
"Really awful automated speech"
I love audio books so opted for the audio version of this book - error!
I have only been listening for just over 4 minutes but I can't bare to listen to it anymore. The book is being narrated by an automated speech programme and it is truly awful.
I have bought lots of audio books in the past most of them read by the author. On the whole this adds value and a much more personal experience for the person buying the book but in this instance it has detracted so much from my experience of this book, which is a real shame.
I can't comment on the content of the book (I understand from other users that it is very good) as I have not got beyond the introduction but on the format alone I would recommend that you don't buy this - stick to the printed version.
