    "Not worth the purchase!"
    What would have made Credibility better?

    Their "findings" are all obvious. The should update the recording, it sounded horrible.


    Would you ever listen to anything by James M. Kouzes and Barry Z. Posner again?

    Probably not.


    How did the narrator detract from the book?

    Cold.


    You didn’t love this book... but did it have any redeeming qualities?
