The most interesting aspect was the persuasion tactics mentioned in the book.
But the least interesting is over exaggerating the authors' idea about them.

It isn't only making people to like you & open up for you, it teaches you up to the level where it becomes a second nature to make people like & get convinced by you. Yes it's simple, but it may require some experimenting to reach second nature state.
