chapter titles

I wish the chapter titles focused on topic vice "chapter #" in the table of contents. The narrative and explanations were all very good.

Good Review with even better examples

I’m studying for the bar exam but have been out of law school for about five years. This was a good refresher of Contract law and the examples at the end were even more helpful. While doing a practice exam essay (which was an actual essay question on the bar exam from 2014), the fact pattern was reflected in one the examples from the audio outline. It helped me identify the issue and I knew the answer. I highly recommend.

Only two cons: (1) the notes they play between each chapter is kinda annoying. I felt there was a better way to break up each chapter and example. (2) you can hear the narrater breath (take a breath) way too clearly. It’s almost as loud as his narration.

Very helpful

Currently studying for the bar and I'm finding this book super useful. The author breaks down the black letter law and gives examples. There are questions and answers at the end. Though the questions are not necessarily in mbe format the process helped me revisit certain concepts.

good overview

information given is more general than in depth, but it is a nice refresher. Definitely need an additional sources for defenses against contract formation and breach, especially mistake.

Please ask Rafi to do more subject areas.

He is clearly a gifted lawyer who understands the concepts . His outlines are quickly distinguishable from the other law outlines on audible by people who are merely reading words on a page, mispronouncing the words and unable to convey the meaning. Rafi ought to do evidence wills and trusts and family law.
