Great results begin with great questions
In this new expanded edition of her classic international best seller, Marilee Adams shows how the kinds of questions we ask shape our thinking and can be the root cause of many personal and organizational problems. She uses a highly instructive and entertaining story to show how to quickly recognize any undermining questions that pop into your mind - or out of your mouth - and reframe them to achieve amazingly positive and practical results. The third edition includes a new introduction and epilogue and two powerful new tools that show how question thinking can dramatically improve coaching and leadership.
Based on Adams' decades of research and experience, this book can make a life-transforming difference - as it already has for many thousands of people around the world.

Absolutely LOVED this audible book. I am purchasing the tangible copy so I can focus on certain areas. Plan to incorporate questioning into my coaching practice as well as my life. Thank you, so much!!
Not sure I know much about myself to tell you!
I really struggled to finish despite being a small book. nothing new in this book which I expected.
Very powerful message. I am using some of the techniques with my students as well as in my own life.
I really liked the message about people being judgers or learners and when you discover you are on the judger path it's easy to cross over to the learner path.
This narrator's voice is terrible. I tolerated about an hour of this audio and retained nothing of what was said. I kept backing the audio thinking to myself, what is she talking about. Maybe it is just me, but her voice couldn't hold my attention. I have never experienced this problem before, but I will be sure to avoid anything read by her.
Very high - I love the story being told throughout the book - that helped me to see how they were applying the tools discussed in the book.
The visuals tools that can be used in coaching. Very helpful
Again, the story of Ben's character and his trials and tribulations.
The tools and methodologies discussed.
Very engaging - thank you for the format this was written in.
I had an insight about getting a book about questions for coaching, I'm very glad I found this amazing book. I like it so much that I'm getting the ficical book too. thank you
intro was gud but the plot tempo and challenge faced wasnt great and the twist after meeting charles was so short and flet it abruptly ended. not sure of the print version length
The concepts in this book are fine but it could/should have been told in about a fifth of the length.
The narrator is also wrong. Why have a female reading a story told by a man? And her voice is for fairy tales not for this.
"Think about change"
as usual change is a hot topic. here it is given a nice method to do any change you want.
Start with a question.
