Excellent and practical book

I've become a huge fan of the Rich Dad Advisor series. I spend my days coaching small business owners in their personal and business Financial matters and this book along with the others in the series are some of my favorites. They are excellent.

Another great one by Garrett

This book uses real-world hypothetical stories to explain the fundamental aspects of bringing two sides together. Garrett provides explanations of the concepts while not falling down the rabbit holes of "what ifs" as every transaction is unique. Whether buying or selling, this foundation allows you to know what to ask of your deal team to work through a good deal for good people.

Good information but incomplete companion file

Any additional comments?

The information in this book is good and inline with the Rich Dad's Advisers series. The downloadable file is not complete and this detracts from the effectiveness of the audio book experience. There is material referenced in audio that is not is the file.

This guys knows less then nothing about the topic

Book is filled with fake, made up, one dimensional stories. Author assumes you are an idiot.
I would not be surprised if he never bought or sold a business ever in his life. Otherwise he would've told real stories and not his imaginary, one dimensional, black and white fairy tails ( To the extent of Bob is good guy, and Kevin is not. Bob didn't sign Non disclosure agreement and everyone left him for Kevin, etc.,etc. While, in real life, if your competitor signed NDA doesn't mean he'll not use the info on your margins or try to get contacts of your clients, or hire your top employees).
Book is filled with childish and incorrect advice that may seriously hurt you if you follow them, because author doesn't know what he is talking about. Author thinks, that if he can imagine how things would've been if he would've been selling his business in a perfect world, equals him knowing the topic. But in real life, things never go as you think they should go or ought to be. And the real, "battlefield" experience, this guy lacks big time on this topic.
He may be good CPA and certified Bar member, whatever, whatever but it doesn't automatically make him a qualified person on buying and selling businesses.
Big miss for Rich Dad, because most of their material is quality. Would be returning this book.

boring

Not enough real life examples. the examples that they do share are all failed negotiations. Not enough concrete info to take action
