You are telling me that the whole sales machine that "The Wolf of Wall Street" was based on was built by "building rapport" and "mirroring body language." They sold over the phone. I guess I should have noticed something was wrong when it was only 25 minutes long.
Build rapport with people and subtley match their body language. That's it? That's all you got. Guy made $50 mil a year based of JUST that?
Just stupid. And someone needs to tell the reader that you don't actually pronounce the "T" in "rapport".

Vocal tone was soft and mispronounced the most prolific word in the script.
