Not only was this book motivational it offered comprehensive advise and broke down the details of the processes of real estate transactions from different positions. It really helped simplify and explain a lot of the information I had previously not been able to categorize and organize.
I guess there is nothing groundbreaking out there that would change your perspective on the real estate market, but the book gives solid information and keeps you down to earth. I liked it, it was easy to listen too.
I like how this audiobook breaks it down and explains step by step the path/road to becoming and agent. This answered many questions I had and gives you a real scenario to how difficult it can actually be. It's for beginners so read if you know nothing.
Enjoyed it very much and takes the fear or insecurities out of following Real Estate Sales as a second career. This retired Firefighter has been motivated by this fine, concise, and short primer of what it takes to succeed in Real Estate Sales.
This seems to be a good idea of what to expect as a new agent. I'm just starting the process and I found it helpful but time will tell if the content is useful.
