Exactly the advice needed
I bought the book from Amazon when it first came out. Read it twice. Now the audio is going to get a number of listens. I'm in my first year as Mortgage Broker in BC and this book and Dustan himself have been invaluable! Waiting hungrily for Volume 2! Thanks for doing this Dustan! I highly recommend this book and audible offering to any starting in the business. The narrator Sean Pratt is great. You we're right in having him be your voice.

So painfully accurate and very well constructed. There is no wrong stage at which to consume this book, but what a Superb Value for those yet on the fence about becoming a mortgage broker.. Geez!

Honestly very good advice. I’m not currently in the industry took the test a year ago. In the military and transitioning this June. The hard truth mixed with the green grass on the other side.
