Publisher's summary

Not every psychopath is a serial killer like you see in the movies...

Toxic people are all around us. In fact, it is estimated that one in 25 people in America have disorders that are linked with a lack of conscience.

More often than not, they hide amongst those you’d suspect the least. They are master manipulators, incredibly skilled at luring and manipulating innocent targets into a relationship.

Little by little, they become your everything, driving away everyone else. Why would you need anyone else? Are they not enough?

What follow are months, sometimes years, of vicious mind games and drama that leave your once-happy and optimistic self devastated and confused.

Unable to identify the root of your misery. You blame yourself and go down an endless cycle of self-doubt and victimization. And even if you try to leave, your mind starts replaying all the good times, forgetting all about the terrible ones. So, you fool yourself into getting back together, again and again. And every time, you lose another piece of your soul, to the point where you can barely recognize yourself.

Whether you’re a man or a woman, that experience can leave you feeling lost and broken, wondering if you’ll ever feel happiness again.

But it’s not a fatality.

In fact, you can use that pain to grow and come out of it stronger.

But first, you need to go deep into introspection to realize what attracted this kind of partner and why it took you so long to finally break free.

Usually, your partner met a hidden desire or some insecurity you needed to confront. This is even more important if you think you’re currently in a toxic relationship. This audiobook will teach you how.

Inside, you'll discover:

  • The differences between psychopaths, sociopaths, and narcissists and how to spot them before they spot you
  • The difference between a “difficult” and a “toxic” person
  • When you can fix your relationship and when you can’t
  • What you can and can’t do to turn things around
  • Self-examination exercises to understand how you ended up where you are
  • How to heal from your traumatic experiences, rebuild your confidence and enjoy a better, brighter future
  • And much, much more...

Toxic relationships can make you feel trapped and hopeless. But there’s always a way out, even if you can’t picture it right now.

It’s always darkest before the dawn. So, if you’re ready to take the first step toward transforming your life, then scroll up and buy this audiobook now!

Loved it

Finally, a audio-book on the damages toxic psychopaths do to our lives doesn't simply ask you to block them on social media or other useless advices.

I liked that this audio-book is not full of fluff and general advices like so many others, it’s concrete and to the point with real life examples.

To the Point, Practical Advice!

I loved this! I have a deeper understanding of who and what I am dealing with. Most importantly. I have great tools to implement for the future. I am also very appreciative of the warm, supportive language the author uses. If feels good to not only glean from the research and practicality of the book, but to affirm the reader's value and self worth is encouraging.

Very helpful!

I recommend it to all empathic people out there as well as all Americans since we’re the country with the most psychopaths…

I wish I had listened to it long ago because I realized there was several people in my life I needed to deal with much better than I did.

Leans towards being for straight women

I got this to work on work place friendship struggles. The first half was great! The second half mentioned things like "leaving him" and statistics about women in abusive relationships.
