The star of TLC's Long Island Medium shares her extraordinary gift and reveals how she helps people who have lost loved ones find peace, closure, and healing.
In her highly anticipated new book, brassy and beloved medium Theresa Caputo, star of the hit television show Long Island Medium, opens the door to her world and invites us to experience her exceptional gift of communicating with those who've crossed over to The Other Side. The always funny, frank, and down-to-earth medium began communicating with Spirit at the age of four, but didn't fully accept her gift until she was 33 years old. She had a good life as a busy wife and mom, but also suffered from chronic anxiety that came from ignoring her unique abilities. Once Theresa began channeling, she discovered that she felt much better after delivering a message from Spirit and releasing that energy. Since then she's used her extraordinary gift to help countless people heal from the loss of their loved ones.
Theresa makes us all aware that there is more to life than what we see here in the physical world. She wants you to know that our deceased loved ones are safe and at peace assisting us from The Other Side. She also wants you to realize that the unexplainable things you sense and feel from these souls are real, and that it's healthy and essential to acknowledge them.
There's More to Life than This explains how Theresa's mediumship works, what happens to our soul when we die, what Heaven is like, what the deceased want us to know, the importance of living a positive life, and the many roles that our family, friends, angels, guides, and God play here and in the afterlife. It also explores how to safely connect with Spirit, so that we can recognize when our loved ones are reaching out.
Combining Theresa's personal story, compelling anecdotes, and client readings, this remarkable book teaches us about Spirit and helps us understand the life-affirming messages that are sent to us every day.

Theresa's gift and this book read by her is the most wonderful gift I gave myself in a long time. I am so great full for her gift and even more so for sharing and explaining it, Spirt, Love and God. I am less afraid of death and more focused on my journey here, helping others and Loving my life. Thank you SO much. xox
Not much to tell.
I was a fan of TC , but this book made me wonder. The afterword by the ghost, play on words, writer was annoying and too patronizing. My question is T said she wasn't sure of her gift until after her children were toddler age, after going to see Pat., but then later talks about seeing the fly/and knowing it was Nana right after giving birth to her daughter. Also, not sure God would want her using the gift to persuade people one way or another for $. And lastly, why and how would Pat need to help a departed soul go to the light. wouldn't God be capable of moving the soul along or teaching passed souls. I don't doubt her gift but feel uncomfortable the way she uses it. She also is way too happy and always positive about hard lessons that must be learned. I do like that she lifts the weight but people should be able to do this without T.
insightful, fun, genuine
Haven't found a book that even compares.

Theresa's messages on soul growth has given me renewed understanding of death and destiny it is helpful knowing this, I went to Theresa show in Spokane and several times my loved one attempted to come forward but Theresa could not hear me or see me raise my hand where you seat was (talk about lessons learned) none the less I left that show knowing my prayers were heard and tried to come forward. Thank you for what you do and THANK YOU for this book, I've already recommended to 3 friends. Sincerely Kat
I liked the fact that she is Catholic and I agreed with her input of religion and the after life. Putting the two together actually made sense.
Love is the over all power.
