God is Faithful, Gracious, Abounding in Steadfast Love

I don’t even have the proper words to describe the beauty this book holds! God is faithful and truly The One who mercifully and graciously looks out for the orphans and works through His people to do so! George Mueller’s life refreshes my heart and to hear of how God was at work in and through him was a blessing to hear. He wasn’t always the most “interesting” story teller but that’s not the point of this book - the point of this book I believe is partly if not entirely to glorify God by lifting up God’s faithfulness in prayer - to motivate God’s people to believing prayer. Truly a transformative, heart warming, instructive, encouraging read! I now know even more so why Paul Washer considers this book and George Mueller so precious, praise God for this book and all He did through dear brother George Mueller! May we learn from this book to pray believing and constantly, with dependency! And may we also learn to be abundant in good works and to intentionally look to take care of those who have not especially may we all gain a burden for orphans. May we all seek to see how we can care for orphans and widows - willing and ready to adopt too and not be selfish but giving in light of all that Jesus has done for us!!❤️✝️🩸

What a great man og faith

We can learn so much from Mr Muller, prayer and waiting for the Lord s, timing and giving over our whole life to the Lord Jesus Christ.

I loved the story. I struggled some with the first few hours as money came just in time as God wanted it. It was hard for me but may not be for you. George Muller loves to give stars on money that came in. ultimately it is a testimony to God's faithfulness.

This book encouraged me and I believe it will encourage you to see what God can do through a faithful man or woman.

loved it even though some of it was just data about numbers it was still listing out the wonderful blessings bestowed from God. worth the listen.

Amazing story of how God provides for all who earnestly seek Him. This has changed how I approach the Father in prayer

Faith and perseverance

I love this book. It is stuffed with testimony of God’s faithful answering of prayer, as well as some useful nuggets of practical advice on how to better your Christian walk.

The only drawback (and it’s the nature of the beast) is a repetitive formula: “Today, we woke with not a penny in hand, and were given [insert amount here] in answer to prayer, just in time.” There are anecdotes thrown in to break it up, a particularly dire situation where they were given just the right amount an hour before it was needed, etc, and as I mentioned, this is a truly wonderful book.

Very Inspiring!

This was a great bolster to my faith and an encouragement to my prayer life. Mr. Müller lived an extraordinary life of service to the Lord.

The LORD is able

George Muehler is such an outstanding example of what totally giving oneself totally to prayer for their daily bread. Thank You Lord for never failing anyone who has ever put their trust in Your Word. Amen.

What a gracious God Christians have!

I enjoyed hearing how God, through Christ, was faithful to His promises in G. Miller's life! And His faithfulness not only stretched over many decades, but accomplished so much good for so many people.
