sometimes I feel detached from this world, the things that should make sense dont and the things that makes sense don't really make me feel like a better person. Nice to know that in such a big place my perspective matters and my attachments are just that. The art of happiness is refreshing to both the mind and heart. This book doesnt make me feel like I have it all figured out but I like the advice and the guidance to the right path, more importantly my path and if its happiness it will only be out of choice of having a positive out look. I hope you enjoyed this as much as i did.

I downloaded this book while experiencing a personal loss. It was super helpful in focusing on what is important, protecting my happiness and letting go.
I loved the tie in between the conversation between the author and the Dalai Lama and the group lectures. The alliteration was spot on and I could easily visualize scenes.
I want to go back and listen to the meditations again and try them.
