Navy SEAL Marcus Luttrell returned from his star-crossed mission in Afghanistan with his bones shattered and his heart broken. Some get it, many don't.
This second book by Marcus Luttrell is excellent. It covers all the bases of emotion in a well written way that allows you to connect with him in a small way. Military members are a special breed. The book was humbling to day the least. The things that our service members go through for our country is amazing and no words can ever show them the gratitude they deserve.

AMZING Story, BLAH performer
If you could sum up Service in three words, what would they be?
AMAZEBALLZ!!!! I absolutely loved this book. I loved getting to hear about the other Navy Seals that Marcus has know and get to hear about their story. Very moving to hear about other peoples sacrifices
Did the narration match the pace of the story?
I did not like the narration. Too mono toned for me. I had listened to Lone Survivor before this so I knew how Kevin Collins was, but still, I wanted more excitement.
