"What a Great Life and All for God."

I became aware of Mother a number of years ago through my mother and mother-in-law. In mid-March took my Mom to EWTN, the Shrine in Hanceville and Casa Maria retreat house as a gift. It was a magnificent trip. Mother died 2 weeks after we returned home to Philly. I needed to learn everything about her. I downloaded this book and loved every single chapter. I, like other reviewers, was initially distracted by the author's ability to speak like Mother. But it is part of what made this listening experience super enjoyable. Raymond Arroyo brings her to life, has a great writing style and exhibits great devotion to this holy woman. Thank you for writing this book, Mr. Arroyo. And, thank you especially for recording it. Fantastic.

Loved it and found it was a gift on several fronts. You certainly don't have to be Catholic to be inspired by this woman's courage!

Finished this in less than a week... Which is not typical for me. Excellent read… Even better listen! Raymond does a spectacular job storytelling. I love the use of different voices. He had a great subject to work with, but really made her story come alive!
