Very emotional
Such a horrific experience to have to live through. This book was a good read and hard to put down. I can’t even imagine having to experience this and still have such a wonderful out look on life. She it truly an amazing person.

Powerful woman whose faith set her free
This story is incredibly moving and a testament of how one woman’s profound faith in God allowed her to survive an unimaginable genocide. It is hard to hear her story and understand the darkness that can fall upon human souls in order to be capable of inflicting such suffering. Yet the author’s unshakable belief in God is inspiring and will renew your faith. A must read.

All I can say is BUT GOD!
What a POWERFUL display of God’s love, forgiveness and redemption. The Author was such an excellent storyteller. She drew me in from start to finish as though I walked through this journey with her. Though I could NEVER imagine the atrocity she experienced my heart pained when hers pained in the story and rejoiced when hers rejoiced. May God continue to bless her and her work.

An incredible story of faith & courage& testimony of God
