Encouragement to follow Christ, no matter the cost
I'm honored to be able to refer to Brother Yun as a brother in Christ. Our Lord certainly has blessed him with much faith to carry the Gospel near and far. I only wish the book was longer so many more could be encouraged even further to follow Christ, no matter the cost.

Must Listen
Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?

Very powerful book!
This book will challenge your faith, challenge your desire to know our Lord and to walk by faith and to trust him moment by moment! Brother Yun is so vulnerable and so is his wife. It's beautiful seeing both perspectives of what happened in their lives.

Needs to be recommended more
This book has absolutely rocked me. We are so often misunderstanding what “blessing” really looks like. In the west, we always insert our own blessing, our own gifts from the Lord, and this book has really convicted me of what I consider blessing.

A Must Read!
I loved this book!! I think every Christian should read Heavenly Man, especially American Christians. What Brother Yun and his family endured for the sake of the Gospel is both horrific and amazing. Starting in chapter 25, he gives a comparison of living for Jesus Brother Yun's way versus a Christian in America. I can only pray I would have a fraction of his boldness and humilty.

God’s Deserving & Worthy Of Our Whole Self
The LORD is near and we can live as people of impact, if we would simply learn to listen and say “Yes” to Jesus regardless of the cost. Brother Yun’s life exemplifies what is means to be carried along by the Holy Spirit. This is a very challenging read and it excites me to more fully embrace my relationship with Jesus and His lordship.
