Parasite Cleanse protocol at the end and many other observations and recommendations.
Did not like the many references of the earth’s soil being worn out….medicine has brought people much harm like anti biotics or anti-life meds vs probiotics in fermented foods, cultured drinks and sourdough bread made without artificial yeast—that is true culture. W/o culture in our diet there will be no healthy culture.

Intriguing and Insightful
The subject of this book, Dr. Hazel Parcells, is described as an unpretentious, common-sense healer. Apparently, she was also gifted with a keen intuition with regard to diagnosing the causes of illness. There are health tips and remedies described herein that are accessible for most of us. Between Dr. Parcels philosophic observations and practical suggestions, I found this book to be a valuable listen.

This woman was amazing. We should all be listening to this. Family sick? Buy this book. Good story? Buy this book. Want to live long? But this book. I discovered the book live better longer from this book and I’ll be starting it tonight. Fantastic. Total recommend.
