Very well written and narrated, fascinating story, and with unexpected revelation near the end .
The moment when Joss revealed the real reason why she had come into care.
"very good book. "
it just shows how much preserveance a foster carerer needs to help through life's turmoil
another good story about one of Cathy's foster children.
and their time they stayed at cathys
"Wow, poor kid"
I've read all of Cathy's non-fiction books, and you feel for all the kids, they've all had a rotten time of it or they wouldn't be with a carer like Cathy, but wow, this one was just one thing after another!
Well written and beautifully read, as ever.
"cathy glass repairs another shattered life"
ranks very highly
cut and will you love me because of its frankness honesty and compassion
another great read from Denica would love to meet this lady as its clear she loves her job.
a tangle of family tragedy which can only be repaired by love and care.
cathy glass does it again with her frank and at times I feel deeply moving account of another child's life torn apart by family tragedy. using good old fashioned care honesty and love cathy has to pick up the pieces but this time the rule book is thrown out the window from the start. this book is also made all the better by the wonderful narration of Denica fairman.
