This is a great book to have and listen to over a period of time or all at once like you would read any other book. The stories were inspiring and uplifting and on dark days it was a great reminder to be grateful for everything you have.
Was disppointed on the chosen short stories. I own nearly all of this series from Jack Canfield. Not his best book. :-(

Positive thinking should be practiced daily by everyone, this book drives that message home. Great to listen to in the car, really brightens your day.
"Encouraging & warm"
I find that this is a book that you can listen to again and again and each time something different touches me and encourages me as a woman, as a businessperson, as a daughter, as a mother and as an individual who struggles to find the positive in every situation. Yes some may think that it is soft and twee but I genuinely believe that positivity affects my life massively and to be regularly encouraged with a medium that is a selection of short stories so not too preachy and obviously personal to the writer. All in all take it with a pinch of salt - as a reminder and an encouragement.

This book did not make me feel more positive. More negative thinking posive thinking.
The only way to achieve positive thinking is to look inwardly and see what you can do not what they can't do to be loving and compassionate and being mindful.
