Only complaint: Too short!
This book is interesting and funny. I'm constantly amused by the way Fey presents herself as just a normal, unattractive girl, and major accomplishments are almost treated as side-notes. I would just have liked it if this book had been fleshed-out more with the details of her rise to prominence in the entertainment industry.

If you need a good laugh....check out this book!
I have been a little down lately....and knew I needed to snap out of it. I don't have or watch television and I've only heard of Tina Fey from people at work saying how funny she is. I decided to read the book....WOW! She is hilarious! I've recommended this to several friends, although I'm curious how my 'more conservative' friends will take this....hopefully, for the fun it was meant to be! This was just what I needed! Thanks Tina!!!

Tina Fey Reads A Book *TO* You: Is This A Dream??
Would you consider the audio edition of Bossypants to be better than the print version?
Absolutely. Three words: Tina Fey narrating.
What did you like best about this story?
Being able to relate more than just letters on a page. She knows these stories better than anyone else, so she will deliver them best. Hearing about all the backstage work around SNL fascinates me, so that was a huge plus. Learning about who she looks up to in the comic world and learning about her family life is nice. To see a successful woman balance both worlds is extremely commendable, and she does it with such good humour - IT'S SICKENING, haha.
What about Tina Fey’s performance did you like?
Didn't I already say she's amazing? Well, she's amazing. I can't think of a better way to feel like you know her. She's raw, and doesn't hold back. It's everything I love in her real-life character. Bitch is the new black.
Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?
Laugh mostly, I don't remember crying...but I could have shed a tear from laughing. She's a talented lady.

Tina Fey is a personal hero of mine. The woman can do no wrong in my book. I wish, by some twist of fate, that we become best friends in the future. My life would be complete.

Classic Tina Fey
Fabulous. It did actually tell me some things about her that were interesting. However the real value is the terrific humor. I listen to science and history books most of the time so this was a great change of pace.
