Before Liz Lemon, before "Weekend Update", before "Sarah Palin", Tina Fey was just a young girl with a dream: a recurring stress dream that she was being chased through a local airport by her middle-school gym teacher. She also had a dream that one day she would be a comedian on TV.
She has seen both of those dreams come true.
At last, Tina Fey's story can be told. From her youthful days as a vicious nerd to her tour of duty on Saturday Night Live; from her passionately halfhearted pursuit of physical beauty to her life as a mother eating things off the floor; from her one-sided college romance to her nearly fatal honeymoon - from the beginning of this paragraph to this final sentence.
Tina Fey reveals all, and proves what we've all suspected: you're no one until someone calls you bossy.
Includes special, never-before-solicited opinions on breastfeeding, princesses, Photoshop, the electoral process, and Italian rum cake!

Fun, interesting, entertaining
The determination that Tina Fey showed through out her life.
Everything, she's very pleasant to listen to.
Her commitment to her craft, her family and her crew.
Absolutely, great story, transitions, and side narrative by Tina.
Obviously, Tina Fey!!! She was real and authentic throughout.
No audio books, but love her in her other performance venues.
No - because I know I can't. There were good transition moments, which I appreciate.
Fey's reading is essential to an optimal experience of this book. In addition to her audible-listener-only quips, she adds a unique, and hysterical delivery of her material that I could never have created on my own. I listened to it on a 6 hour drive, and it felt like it took 30 minutes. I've recommended it to all my friends who enjoy Fey/30 Rock/SNL.
Very funny and it takes my mind off my busy life to listen to her busy life.
I didn't read the book yet.
Tina is so funny. It was a fun read. As a boss myself I found some management tips.
Tina Fey brings her personality to the performance (and SNL clip). I looked forward to the drive into the office just so that I could hear more. Thank you for making me laugh.
I laughed out loud frequently.
Having it read by Tina Fey!
Very funny, very Tina.
Her ability to laugh at herself
I often laughed out loud
This is the first audio book I've ever listened to and I found it was a great way to keep awake on a long drive. Having it read by the author was a real bonus.
A little more personal background, a little less professional detal.
I think Ms. Fey writes the way she thinks, so my luke-warm response is not due to a lack of writing skill.
Peppy. Direct. Shrill.
I thought the scenes were appropriate within the subject matter. I'm simply not interested in the subject.
I admire what I know of Tina Fey's rise to the top of her profession. I think she is a gifted comedienne. Comedy is not my forte, I watch neither SNL nor Thirty Rock, so I'm not a good judge of this book.
Tina Fey is the star
Lots of excitement in her voice.
Definitely laugh. It is a comedy, right?
I might listen again. She is very clever and I can't help but laugh.
I thought her characterization of a
