Before Liz Lemon, before "Weekend Update", before "Sarah Palin", Tina Fey was just a young girl with a dream: a recurring stress dream that she was being chased through a local airport by her middle-school gym teacher. She also had a dream that one day she would be a comedian on TV.
She has seen both of those dreams come true.
At last, Tina Fey's story can be told. From her youthful days as a vicious nerd to her tour of duty on Saturday Night Live; from her passionately halfhearted pursuit of physical beauty to her life as a mother eating things off the floor; from her one-sided college romance to her nearly fatal honeymoon - from the beginning of this paragraph to this final sentence.
Tina Fey reveals all, and proves what we've all suspected: you're no one until someone calls you bossy.
Includes special, never-before-solicited opinions on breastfeeding, princesses, Photoshop, the electoral process, and Italian rum cake!

"I hope that's not really the cover. That's really going to hurt sales." (Don Fey, Father of Tina Fey)
"Do not print this glowing recommendation of Tina Fey's book until I've been dead a hundred years." (Mark Twain)
"Hilarious and insightful. Laugh-out-loud funny - oh no, a full moon. No! Arrgh! Get away from me! Save yourself!" (A Guy Turning into a Werewolf)
I did not like the story , flow and the content.
I like the Tina Fey
Regretted buying this audio book. It was not an enjoyable read
Great listen! I am a female forester, hardworking and very dedicated to my job, husband and hobbies (canoe racing). It was nice to hear a light hearted story with meaningful advise. Also working in a male dominated career,it is good to hear others similar struggle. She has a great personality and so funny! I am also a conservative republican, and I think she is great!
Great audio book with interesting and funny stories throughout.
I picked this up after listening to Amy Poehler's new book, which references this, and was perhaps spoiled by the multiple guests and such in Amy's book, so the absence of same was noticeable here.
Still, a great listen overall, I'm just afraid Amy Poehler has set the bar pretty high for me now. :)
I read/listened to this book in two days just while riding in the car. Tina made my commute enjoyable. I was either laughing out loud or nodding yes ridiculously as I could relate to many of her stories. She's one of the best narrators I've ever heard.
This was my very first audible book and I was more than pleasantly pleased! Tina Fey is hilarious!!! She kept me engaged. Definitely a page turner! She was down to earth, blunt, truthful,
and most of all FUNNY!!! I would listen to any book she writes!!!
