True American Hero
Would you listen to American Sniper again? Why?
I would if my students wanted to read this book as a literature circle book... but I would not readily push this book in my classroom because of the necessary profanity that is used to demonstrate what a soldier has to go through to do his/her job.
What was one of the most memorable moments of American Sniper?

Excellent book
I Believe that this is one of the best military books I've read in a long time.
This book showed so much on not just what war is like, but what a warrior truly faces in the military and what a military family goes through.
This is definitely the case of a book being better than the movie!!

Modern-day Patriot
Chris Kyle was truly a modern-day warrior, yet had true feelings for his comrades and his family. He explained (simply) all the military acronyms, helpful to one who never served. How ironic that he escaped death so many times as a SEAL, only to be taken down as a civilian "in his own backyard" (not included in the book). My thanks to Chris, his family and all military personnel and families for their service to this great nation. Initially, I had difficulty with the narrator but ultimately got used to it (this... from a native Texan).
