Publisher's summary

Humanity lies dead.
The Atrekna are landing nearly unopposed on thousands of planets.
The day looks dark and many are losing hope.
But the Terran Confederacy of Aligned Systems is more than just the Terrans.
The Treana'ad War Hordes charge into battle against the enemy. Black Mantid Special Forces own the night. The Telkan Marine Corps spits their defiance into the faces of the invaders from a dead universe. The Lanaktallan desert the Unified Military Council by the hundreds of thousand to join with the Confederacy.

Even further, just because you have killed a Terran does not mean its over.
V Corps, led by Trucker, makes planetfall in corpse filled boots, slamming into the thickest concentration of the enemy.

In Lanaktallan Space, Dreams of Something More arrives to accept the Unified Council's surrender.

And the Digital Omnimessiah has returned.

Fantastic Story

Such great world building and tie ins to previous books. The story overall is grade A. This definetly deserves a better narrator to add emphasis and better pronounce names (which are often comical, but it's lost in this reading)., but I won't mark this down for that. I would definetly pay to listen again with an actual narrator. Thank you for this book, can't wait for the next one.
