Its cover contained only one word, "shamati (I heard)". As he handed the notebook, he said to Laitman, "Take it and learn from it." The following morning, he perished in his student's arms, leaving him and many of his other disciples without guidance in this world.

This hurts my brain a bit. This is good. I think?
As i am new to Kabbalah, i think, therefore i don't know.
I've gathered, from listening to other books that imply that effort and desire is what matters.
I may have skipped a step (this book). This goes deep into the Sefirat / Sefirot.
I feel the need to slow down and understand and relisten to this book before i continue.
