The part that scared me, the part I can't seem to wrap my head around and still has me reeling, was that when she charged me, her body shifted - and then she was a wolf. All snapping teeth and extended claws.

Love
I love the series. I love the narrator!!! She does an amazing job not just with this book but all the books she reads!!!! I just wish this book series didn’t have a teacher student relationship. It’s really gross to be honest. And gives girls the idea this is ok when it’s not!

caught up
the first book caught my attention. I was so intrigued by the build up that as I went into book two I thought well damn here we go again. another children vampire book. Then BOOM BOOK 💪👊👌 3 came and caught me all the way up to where I believed the first book made me feel. like I was in love with teenage vampire books🥰🤩 I can't wait to read book 4.

Get a new narrator
I LOVE the House Of Night series. I own most of the books but it has been so long since I have read them and now I have a new baby and work full time, I don’t necessarily have the time to read them all. I have been listening to a lot of audio books and I cannot stand to listen to Caitlin. I have listened to so many other books and she is by far the worst narrator I have listened to. It really is stopping me from getting anymore House Of Night books to listen to. I tired with the first three because I enjoy the books so much but I can’t listen to any more of her.

Obsessed!
The idea behind this vampire series is like no other. It has different context and inventive new ways of bring the vampires back in science fiction again. Thank you P.C Cast for writing such an amazing seller
