Interesting and Honest

This is a good listen simply for the fact that the author has narrated himself. You the listener gets a good feel for the nerd that he was and, basically the nerd he becomes. That is, a nerd that learns how to get inside a woman's head and turn her into sexually desiring a nerd. I say nerd because Neil Strauss tells of the silly outfits, wigs (he's bald), and more that he did to accomplish his goal. If you can imagine a bald, short, skinny, pasty white guy in a dread locks wig that has learned to walk the walk with women and score you'd call him a nerd too. This guy learns to overcome his fear of women and that's the difference. It's comforting to know that a man can do such. Overall, a really good listen.

If only women could do the same w/o the shaming!

The book was well written. I purchased it because I was hoping to learn more about men and how they operate. My question is, after sexing scores of women, how can any one women give them pleasure once they decide to settle down? I also want to know, why do men slut shame women for being horny and wanting sexual pleasure?

Boring story and useless information

Bought the book thinking I would learn something about understanding women and how to approach them, but the book just offers a boring story with useless detail, couldn’t wait for it to finish.

Good insight.

Had some good nugets but overall a how to hangout with Loser's and User's and pick up Barfly's and Herpes and HPV book. Good Luck

Unexpected good story

great story, at the same time; if thought this was the actual book narrorated and it's the great story of Neil Strauss, Mystery and more.
Highly recommend this audio book before reading the actual rules from the book.

Not full book, Leaves out some things,

AMAZING STORY!!!!! Butttttt. I bought the book and the audiobook, and in reading it I found that about 5% of the book is not read, These are the "forum posts" that the author does not read I while it because he's not about to do their voices.

still holds up

Very entertaining well written books. Read it in 2022 and it still holds up to this day. Maybe you'd have to alter some of the stuff that they do but still very relevant. I didn't think it would be but I promise you it is.

Enjoyed Neil Strauss story of the Secret Society of PUA. The resulting story of finding oneself after finding confidence and gaining skills. Sad how that all ended - Ego’s seem to always get in the way of a good thing (applicable to most anything; bands, clubs, societies, etc.)
