Short, to the point and very helpful.

I find both the audio quality and the content quite good- sorry previous rewiewers.
Its true, it doesnt include a workbook which is mentioned often but IF YOU REALLY LISTEN it offers much advice.
I guess the value lies in how one wishes to explore and work with the material. I found about 7-8 psychological problems beeing discussed with quite good advice on how to change oneself. Of course, one has to work on the self- it doesnt have lenghty texts to stroke the conciousnes. It does gives practical advice even without the workbook.
I liked it very much. Thank you.

Very Practical Tools

It's short and easy to implement the techniques. I like that I can listen to it and be done with it during my gym workout.

Unlistenable

The contents may be fine, but the quality of sound is a disgrace. I would not dare to offer this for sale.

Outdated

Basic ideas. Completely outdated, even the voice of the narrator, and the chime sound between sections.

Not too bad

Very Short and to the point. I wish the workbook was available. I feel like I missed out on valuable training because the author constantly refers the reader to the missing workbook.
