Yes. .if it were narrated by someone else
The narration is so fast , so Manic as to make it incomprehensible
Yes but with a different narrator and a slower pace. This narration is ridiculous and so fast the ideas begin to seem like gibberish.
I listen to a lot of audiobooks. This was the worst in terms of speed.
Enjoyed this exploration of film and philosophy. I normally listen on 1.25 speed which may be a little too fast for this book as the voice actor seemed to be in a hurry, even without the extra speed.
The book talks about different schools of philosophy through about eight different movies or so, most of which I had seen. Philosophical books are much more enjoyable when philosophy is discussed and not preached. Cinephiles and nouveaux philosophers should enjoy this alike.
I almost feel this book warrants multiple readings to absorb all the details.
