"'Bella?' Edward's soft voice came from behind me. I turned to see him spring lightly up the porch steps, his hair windblown from running. He pulled me into his arms at once, and kissed me again. His kiss frightened me. There was too much tension, too strong an edge to the way his lips crushed mine - like he was afraid we had only so much time left to us."
As Seattle is ravaged by a string of mysterious killings and a malicious vampire continues her quest for revenge, Bella once again finds herself surrounded by danger. In the midst of it all, she is forced to choose between her love for Edward and her friendship with Jacob - knowing that her decision has the potential to ignite the ageless struggle between vampire and werewolf. With her graduation approaching, Bella has one more decision to make: life or death. But which is which?
Following the international bestsellers Twilight and New Moon, Eclipse is the much-anticipated third book in Stephenie Meyer's captivating saga of vampire romance.

The narrator has got this down. She reads it very well and she actually manages to sound like the actors from the films.
"Brilliant, especially for falling asleep"
One of my favourite audio books, I listen to it over and over again.
No but her reading of this is fantastic.
"better than watching the movie"
The most enjoyable part was the way it's read out, more emotion than the movie.
It's well written.
Edward saving Bella from Victoria.
No, I didn't have an emotional reaction to it.
"EVEN MORE ADDICTED!!"
Ilyana Kudusian's narration, it is perfect!
I like Jasper, he is an interesting character.
I like so many, I always enjoy the scenes in Twilight when the Volturi arrive. I also like the Quilute legends that are shared around the fire at La Push.
I wanted to, but didn't manage to.
This series is really good. Stephenie Meyer has such a great imagination, and the story is gripping. You can see where the story is going before it happens. Or just maybe I have Alice's gift too!
Great books each one better than the last.
"Lived up to expectation"
I listened to this one directly after 'New Moon'. The story flowed easily but included a fair amount of repetition to allow the book to stand alone if needed.
This book was effortless on my behalf. I was able to give it half my attention whilst doing mundane tasks and still felt engaged with the story.
The narration is very good and adds to an enjoyable story. I would happily recommend this audio to others.
"The ballad of whining bella"
the story continues...
unfortunatly so does the whining of bella. these books had so much promise and fail to deliver on all accounts. The plot of these books has so many holes its like reading a pin Cushion. and just as exciting.
If you did liked these, please try Kelley Armstrong's books they start with bitten and her writing style is so much better. unfortunatly audible uk only has The Awakening: Darkest Powers, Book 2 (Unabridged) which as it says is part 2 and is aimed at kids.
alternatly the queen of vampie writing... anne rice, this is how a story told from a vampires point of veiw should be.
im sure that the other reveiws out there will sway you into reading this but all i can say is.. dont belive the hype!
best series ever!!
