Just as good as when I was in middle school
It was a walk down memory lane to relisten to this gem of the book series, just as good as I remember fun to listen to again as an adult it went by very fast

Finished the whole series!
Yes, this is a dystopian series, but the focus is on the importance of freedom and keeping government honest and that even young people can do seemingly small acts that inspire others. The books are well written and I think listeners will enjoy the action and the narrator’s excellent performances. This helped take my mind off the current pandemic situation while I did a puzzle - a new way to relax for me and helpful. I think my middle school students would especially enjoy this.

Among The Free Review
I thought the ending of a 7 book series would be more climactic. I thought they would bring back Jason, or do something with other characters. I thought Nina and Trey would have bigger roles. It wasn’t a terrible book though, I just wished it had been more thought out. This series didn’t need 7 books.
